Please find below the most frequently asked questions:

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. It will then take between 10 to 22 working days for your item to reach your delivery address. In busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipping. Our parcels circulate with La Poste, we do not work with points of relay.

My order is not complete

Since we have different storage locations and work with different producers, you may receive your products in several packages. So don't worry if you do not receive everything at the same time.

Our average times of delivery are between 10 and 22 working days. It may happen that some packages take a little longer than that.

However, if you still have not received your package after 35 working days after ordering, then we will fully refund you. In this case, you can keep the item once you receive it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process the orders you place swiftly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@pillowsparadise.com

Beyond the 12hours timeframe your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.

The item I received is broken/defective

Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

In this case or in the case of a design defect, please contact us at contact@pillowsparadise.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  1. The description of the problem (wrong / faulty item, ...)
  1. A photo or a video

No need to return the product in this case. We will refund the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (in case you would like another form of refund, kindly let us know).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment on our website: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Cards.

Is my information secure?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow market best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered or inappropriately destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted through the use of the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all the requirements of the PCI-DSS standard and implement additional standards that are generally accepted in the industry.
